1. Service Provider Identification
Services under the Proser Minería brand are provided by Cristofer Ezequiel Anglas Torpoco, registered under RUC 1071447888, with fiscal address in Lima, Peru.
2. Proposal Validity
All quotes or proposals issued by Proser Minería are valid for 15 calendar days. Acceptance via email or official messaging channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) constitutes a binding professional services agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Once the agreed investment is fully paid, Proser Minería transfers the rights of use and ownership of the source code and final digital products to the Client. We reserve the right to include the project in our professional portfolio for technical demonstration purposes.
4. Legal Framework for Signatures
Our documents and proposals are governed by the Peruvian Digital Signatures and Certificates Law (Law No. 27269). Digital signatures issued by Proser Minería guarantee the integrity and authenticity of agreements.
