We answer your questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We answer questions about industrial electrical, mechanical and instrumentation services. If you need reliable technical support, you are in the right place.

Do you perform electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work on site?

Yes. We carry out installation and maintenance projects for LV/MV electrical systems, mechanical equipment and industrial instrumentation for mining and energy customers.

Do you support plant shutdowns and commissioning?

Yes. We plan outages, coordinate multidisciplinary work and supervise startup so the system returns to operation safely.

How is Proser Minería different from a traditional contractor?

Our approach combines technical experience with safety protocols, documentation and validation tests. We don't just install: we verify, calibrate and hand over ready-to-operate systems.

How do you handle payment and delivery milestones?

We work with agreed advances and milestone-based delivery. Each phase closes with a technical report and acceptance so you have clear visibility of progress and costs.

Do you guarantee ownership of automation projects?

Yes. We deliver plans, reports and control software when applicable. You receive the documentation and access needed to operate and maintain the solution.

Do you build calibration and industrial control systems?

Yes. We design and implement instrument calibration, control panels and automation that integrate analog and digital signals.

How do you ensure the quality of the work?

We apply inspections, on-site tests and validation protocols. Before handover, we verify performance according to safety and availability standards.

What is the delivery and follow-up policy?

Each service includes a schedule and activity log. After each phase we deliver reports and recommendations for continuous maintenance.

What happens if the project stops midway?

We deliver all documentation and completed progress. If you decide not to continue, you keep the work done and the technical plan for the next stage.
